Who's eligible?
Active Uber One members in the UK. The perk appears in your Uber Eats or Uber app in the Uber One Members Hub if you're eligible. Available while promotional supplies last.
Which stores take part?
Every JOE & THE JUICE store in the UK, including our travel and shopping centre locations. Find your nearest in the JOE & THE JUICE app.
How often can I redeem?
One free drink a week. Each code is good for one drink, and Uber One issues you a new one each week you're a member.
What coffee can I choose?
Espresso and milk drinks: Americano 8oz and 12oz, Iced Americano 12oz and 16oz, Latte 12oz, Iced Latte 12oz and 16oz, Cappuccino 12oz, Flat White, Double Espresso.
Tea and hot chocolate: White Temple, Green Mandarin, Vanilla Rooibos, English Breakfast, Hot Chocolate 12oz.
Swap to any alternative milk free of charge. Syrups carry the usual small charge.
How do I change the size of my drink?
Tap the product to open it. You'll see the size next to the product name, tap it to switch between the sizes available. Make sure you've selected one of the sizes listed above, as the code only applies to those.
I'm already a JOE member - can I still use this?
Yes. Sign in as normal, then claim your code from Uber One and add it in the app. It'll save to your JOE Cards ready to use.
How do I get my voucher?
Claim the offer in your Uber One account and you'll get a code. Copy it, open the JOE app, tap the profile icon and select Claim Promo Code. Your free drink saves to JOE Cards, ready to use in store or on an app order.
When does my weekly voucher refresh?
Every week on Sunday evening, with the last refresh on 23 November 2026, for as long as your Uber One membership is active and the promotion is running. Keep an eye on the Uber One Members Hub for your latest code, available in the Uber Eats or Uber app.
What happens if I don't use my voucher this week?
Nothing is lost. Every code stays valid until 23:59 on 30 November 2026, so you can save them up and use them whenever you like before then.
Can I use this on an Uber Eats delivery order?
Not on Uber Eats, no. Your code is redeemable in store or on a JOE & THE JUICE app order.
What happens if I cancel Uber One?
Uber One issues codes weekly to members, so you won't receive new ones once your membership ends. Any codes already saved to your JOE Cards remain valid until 30 November 2026.
Can I add food to the order?
Yes. Your code covers one drink from the list above, and everything else on the order is charged as normal. Just apply the code at checkout.
I've become an Uber One member and can't find the free coffee code
If you have any issues accessing your free coffee once becoming an Uber One member, please contact support via the Help section in the Uber Eats app, or via help.uber.com/ubereats.
